Der eigene Purpose steht für den Lebenssinn oder – Plural – die Lebensziele, die mich im Kern antreiben. Ohne diesen Purpose klar und stets vor Augen zu haben, kann kein konsistentes und zielgerichtetes tägliches Handeln für eine hohe Selbstwirksamkeit im Sinne persönlicher Ziele erfolgen.
Für mich bedeutet Purpose, seinen Zweck und Sinn klar vor Augen zu haben.
Purpose bedingt also unseren Beitrag für die Welt, in der wir leben und die positive Wirkung, die wir mit ihm erzeugen können. Neben diesem individuellen Purpose, gibt es auch den Team- und Organisations-Purpose, die heute jedoch ausgeklammert werden sollen.
Was kannst du tun, um deinen Purpose zu finden und zu leben?
Es gibt unterschiedliche Wege, um den persönlichen Purpose zu heben. Ich für mich nähere mich über folgende Hauptpunkte:
Was sind meine Talente/ Fähigkeiten?
Ein Talent ist ein Bereich, indem du gut bist, seitdem du dich erinnern kannst. Du kannst die Sache wiederholen und sie fällt dir leicht.
Was sind meine Lieblingsthemen?
Es gibt immer wieder Situationen, in denen du schnell lernst, dich wohl fühlst, in denen Dinge leicht erscheinen und auch wenn sie vielleicht körperlich oder geistig anstrengend sind, kaum eine Erschöpfung eintritt.
Was sind meine Werte?
Werte sind wandelbar und verändern sich im Laufe des Lebens. Je nachdem in welcher Lebenssituation und Alter wir sind, fühlen wir uns mit unterschiedlichen Werten verbunden. Deshalb kann es wichtig sein, sich mit den eigenen Werten und den damit verbundenen Haltungen zu verbinden, damit du für dich gute Entscheidungen treffen kannst.
Daraus ergeben sich viele Erkenntnisse in der Selbstreflexion. Diese werden dann zu einem Purpose-Satz zusammengestellt. Somit ist dein Purpose direkt verbunden mit dir und deiner Persönlichkeit. Er ist einzigartig, wie dein Fingerabdruck. Als Beispiel mein Purpose: „Ich inspiriere Menschen, Teams und Organisationen, um ihrem Handeln Bedeutung zu geben, damit Veränderung möglich wird“!
